We have ordered for a wooden sofa on 25Oct2014. On the day
of ordering itself we have make payment of 50% of total amount with a commitment
of proposed delivery by 15Dec2014, as written on invoice.
The company failed to deliver the product on 15Dec and no
one even bothered to inform us about this schedule slippage. On repeated enquiry by us, show room assured
us it will be deliver us on 19Dec and accordingly I have made the full payment
of this product.
Today is 20th December evening, till now I am
waiting for the product. Nobody even bothered to provide me any communication
why it’s not delivered yet.
I have called both the customer care and the show room, none
of them have any information/explanation why this mess-up.
I’m really offended about the lack of commitment from the
Damro Company, who has claimed to “south asia’s largest furniture manufacturer”
Damro has not left any other option for me to take the issue
to consumer forum.
