Dear concern,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we have a 3 storey building which is an old construction(appx 30 years) but is maintained so poorly that it can collapse any time.. owner is not doing enough to save this from surprises and it seems like a dangerous building and can fall anytime..
They have open traditional Water tank made out on the 2nd floor and water dripes through their walls through out the day which is happening many years and this has weaken the structural slabs to dangerous levels.. preliminary checks and basic lookout on these only can determine the degree of danger this family and neighbours are living in because of this.
Pls take a quickest action possible and suggest if I can be of any help. This structure ia very fragile and needs immediate attention.
