I have had a similar experience with them but it was one notch higher as they not only destroyed my clothes but also hurled abuses at me and tried defaming me publicly by posting cooked up stories from their facebook page and i have lodged a complaint against them at conseumerhelpline.gov...Just wonder how such small shop owners who must think about innovative ideas to spread their business resort to pity ideas by not accepting their mistakes and defending their people at the cost of abusing customers

I had a similar experience.
They did not follow any instructions and made their own version of what I wanted, insisting that it was correct. They used my fabric and ruined the piece, so when alterations were required, they bought a different fabric and kept insisting that it was the same one that I gave to them. They did not fix the piece even after taking it back twice to alter it- they just returned it to me as is and when I asked for a refund, they said it’s not part of their policy and then stopped answering my calls. They even yelled at me as though I did something wrong- all I wanted was a refund as they overcharged me and then ruined the piece. But they refused to resolve the issue, and kept repeating they will fix the piece and refund is not possible. But they did not fix the piece. The call Center is clueless and incompetent, the tailors are not supervised, and the so-called designers are too young and inexperienced and don’t know anything about tailoring. I had a terrible experience, and all I was trying to make was a simple shirt dress! They claim to be something they are not. People who give this service 5 stars have extremely low expectations! Do not waste your time and money on this company! You are better off going to a local tailor in your colony as they will do a better job and charge less than half the price.
