Today morning my jio sim is renewed with 1.5gb data. By the time of 9 am a message came to me stating that u have used 50% of 1.5gb data. And again after 1 hour a message came stating that u have used your total 1.5gb data. I have not downloaded any movies or some other stuff... How could this happen???
I have tried to call to the complaint helpline but it is not connecting and you are just neglecting a customers request and not responding too my call. My sim validity is till 7th april 2019 and how could u just disconnect my call even after trying nunber of times. How insensibly you deal with your customers. I strictly regret with your services and give me any explanation within 2 hours. Otherwise i will shift to other network. Was this information helpful? |
