Datawind — Data wind mobile collabration with reliance 1 year 3G free

Dear sir, I purchase a mobile phone from Naptol named Data wind in which 1 year 3G facality given free but in gujarat reliance have not 3G facality or network so i consider it s cheatting with consumer. If 3G network in reliance not available in gujarat so Data wind mobile must not be sell in gujarat state.
