Datawind — DATAWIND PS2G4 SIM CONTACT NOT SHOW AND BATTERY LAST WITHOUT USE

I have purchase Datawind Pocket Surfer PS4 2G Mobile combo of 2 order No. 13635948 from naaptol. Sim contact not show and battery backup lost without use.After I have contact to naaptol customer service and told me to contact customer care of the datawind.I have contact datawind care centre and he/she told me to contact the local service centre at bathinda adress is #2686, 1st floor, opp dr. jagmal Neuro. GT Road Near old bus stand, Bathinda. Contact No.-[protected]. I have given to mobiles with complete box to Uni service centre Bathinda complaint No. 7018 date 27/3/2015 and complaint No. 7060 dated 30/3/2015.Near about one month gone I have not recieved my mobiles till now. so please i request you kindly resolve my problem.
