I have deposited my Akash tablet at your bangalore service centre 6 months back with the problem of damaged display.
I was given a ticket number: 092KT658 and the work order number issued to me was : 6429
Now my damaged tablet is at your Delhi service center.
I have been trying to get it repaired for the last 6 months and I am continuous touch with your customer support.Every time I call your customer support they keep on telling me :
"It is put on urgent mode.You will get it within next week" !!!.
And they have been repeating the same old story for the last 6 Months.
And I am fed up with your support.Can you please take the pain of telling me, when will I get my tablet back? Was this information helpful? |
