Hi, I have purchased it but the device is really not working good. voice quality/data connectio/UI nothing is good on top that Battery is swallon and became like a pillow I am not sure when it will burst out, I am requesting you please change the device and give me a updated one. Hi,
I spoke with your buy Back team the Device they are offering is 3G7 and I have to pay extra 4 thousand rupee.
i don't want to spend this much money to get the device when I know about the quality of product is not good, you better replace the device with same model I will pay if there is any differences.
