[Resolved] Datawind Innovations — not received the mobile even after payment

We booked the tablet combo mobile set on 3rd nov 2017 with cash on delivery. Of which acceptance number was pm17110327gn2l. Then later on call came from your side to pay online payment and not cash on delivery. On 18 nov 2017 we paid online for it. But till now we haven't received any mobile set. Then when we try to call you, our number [protected] was blocked. We couldn't contact you and you haven't given the mobile set yet and neither we got any information regarding it. Should a respected firm respond like this? We didn't expect this from you. We are requesting you, please send our mobile set immediately.
