[Resolved] Datawind Innovations — Product received not working | |||||
Sir, I am m. Mohamedali, [advocate] purchased one datawind tab with key board for rs. 3600/-, by phone, after seeing the add in tv. I already received the parcel after paying rs. 3600/- and found only a tab and a charger {no key board in side the box]. Seller: Datawind innovations pvt ltd. Opp. Gmr old site office, Rajiv gandhi international airport, Shamsabad. Hyderabad 500409 Vat. [protected]. On the cover of the parcel, i found the following informations. The invoice no. Hydt[protected] Buyer’s order no. Cc4wvcbi-1 Despatched through ecom express. Despatch date 6/1/2017 Cash on delivery …. With a bar code and no.[protected]. Terms & delivery dst/sc:tnsahdpu. I placed my order through my mobile no. [protected]. But you are denying this number and told that, this is not registered with you. I contacted the number[protected] and they told me the above order number is not registered. But, i found no other order number on the cover of the parcel. Now the problem is, i am unable to open the tab even after charging 4 hrs. It is not working. No key board inside. I tried to contact so many times with the phone number [protected] [as mentioned in the slip found in side the box]. But i could not get the contact. Now, i want to return back the tab to you [if you do not send any of your representative to correct the product ]. Please inform me the procedure to be follwed or the mode of sending back the item. I suspect the creadibility of your company. Please send your response. If you will not send any proper information/reply with in few days, then i have no other way except, fileing a complaint with the consumer court/police.
