Datawind — Non receipt of tablet 7cz from warranty repairing | |||
Dear sir, I have bought tablet 7cz wide invoice no.Ambd[protected] dated: 28/01/14. Imei-1 no.[protected]. Due to sim card not detected, i have sent to your athorized service center at my city (Bhavnagar) wide ticket id no.0201gt8947 dated: 01/02/14. After techincally checked, your service center reported it could not be repaired and requied to be replaced with new tablet. Hence i have give to sent over your main office for the same. It been four months passed but i have not received single call or mail or replied from your side as well as from service center at my city. I have been asked or chessup continueslly to your service center but they are not responding properly. Please kingly look into this mater and solve the issue as soon as possible so i can get my device (Replaced ) soon. Expected your favorable reply.
