[Resolved] Datawind — not support google; not able to take backup | |
imei: [protected] & [protected]; invoice tifex[protected] dt 22.05.2015 received item on 05.06.2015
tablet not support "google". i am not able to take backup. not able to installed apps. os is kitkat4.2.2 of google, but its not support google.
i have talked to your customer care & technical team, to Mr. mayank, pankaj, nirmal and ms. sawati but they all are not able to help me.
ms. nancy and mr mahajan hide me to give details about tablet before purchase.
one of your technical staff person told that purchase laptop to take backup.
very sorry to say please rectify the same other wise refund my money.
no body respond, when i mailed to you. your technical staff not responded well they said only and only sorry.
please suggest where i can go to take my money back.
i don't want to go consumer court.
