I have purchased UBISLATE 7C + on 28/10/2014, The Tab started to hang from the 2nd week of purchase, every time I have to prick a pin in the reset hole to start. The Tab got dead on 26/03/2015, I had gone to the service centre (M/s Neosa Electronics, S P Mukherjee Road, Kolkata), the restart the tab after keeping for 4 hours with them. Then on the tab gone dead again, and the service center, unable to repair, on 10/06/15, they sent the set to your H .O. at Gurgaon to repair (DW/595 dt 10/06/2015).
I received the repaired set on 4/7/2015. After a week it started hanging again, the set again got dead on 25/9/2015, the service center again repair it. At present the tab hang once and presently no Apps is functioning.
Now you tell me what should I do, I have purchased this tab with lots of hope.
Now I want a replacement of this defective tab or return of my money.
