Datawind — Worst Service

I had purchase your estmeed product DATAWIND G37 TABLET on 04.04.2015 delivered on 08.04.2015 with in one week tablet get problem I had given at your service center on 24.04.2015 but as of now i have not received any message regarding my tablet ? Your service center exe telling that it will take 20-25 day to get solutions of tablets My Question is : ITS an New piece
