Datawind — Wrong Model Replaced after Repair | |||
I bought a tab (7CZ) IMEI:[protected] on 3rd oct 2013. it stopped working after a period of multiple failures and finally on 21st September 2014, i took it to Vinayak Service center, Bikaner. after 3 months of pathetic behavior of the service center they called me on 4th december 2014 to collect my replaced tab. but i found that replaced tab is a degraded model datawind 7C+(edge) IMEI:[protected], with no bluetooth, less ram, no internal storage, degraded processor etc. i refused to accept it and the service center told me if i hd any problem i need to talk to the headquaters or this tab will be lost too. later i called up the service no.[protected] and they gave me the complain no. 0325RJ4772 with respect to my problem. Miss Dimpy (call center official) told me she will process this problem to her higher officials in 24 hours. i constantly called your service center after two days...but recieved no response. after 4 days your call center official told me that i will be contacted soon. on 9th december i recieved a call from [protected] someone claiming to be a higher official. on hearing my problem, he put me on hold and later disconnected my call. when i called back there was no response. this behavoir is clear vindication of your company's customer policies. i am sorry to say that with all set of proofs and call recordings i will be moving to consumer court if my request is not processed in time and the model 7CZ is not replaced.
