Respected Sir,
I am Mr. P.S.SABOO, residing in Port Blair had purchased a vehicle Datsun Go top model on November, 2018 from your authorised dealer of Andaman & Nicobar Island.
In this context, it is to reiterate that my vehicle started causing various mechanical defaults within two year itself that too only covered/runned nearly 8000kms.
After my first service itself, nearly two months later my vehicle started producing sounds from the front mechanical parts of tyres and steering. As soon as I observed this sound inside cabin while driving, I took my car to your workshop for identification/ rectification of the problem. But your staffs/mechanics are too brilliant/experienced in their course that they could not identify the issue or tried to fool the innocent customer (i.e. myself) very cleverly by saying that is just the sound because of your new tyres and also claimed that it will soon be clear after running of some kilometres. But the situation become so worse that one could not drive my vehicle comfortably due the mechanical issues (i.e. sounds).The sound is very clearly known/observed by anyone sitting in the car while the car is in motion except your mechanical staffs. It also suggested from my various Collings that it might be a manufacturing default. It is also been noted that the sound is been produced from the mechanical parts of the front tyres or the mechanical parts of steering, very clearly.
Even after consulting your dealers/mechanics, I am not getting any justification or solution to this issue.
Therefore, it is kindly requested your good self to look into this mater to solve my problem as soon as possible to get justification or better service from your company. If neglected by your self then I am compelled/forced to approach before the court of law to get justification to my matter.
