DCB Bank — Complaining about the irresponsible behaviour of the staff

Hey its Muntaha kapadia, i had requested to update my account from minor to major n also had requested for a debit card at the yari road branch it has been a month since i had filled all of the forms n formalities but I didn’t had received any reponse when I tried to call the staff they don’t even pickup the call please i request you to look into my problem
