DCB Bank — Foreclosure request complaint

It has been since 2 months I am requesting to Bank for my foreclosure, so that I can close my housing loan and return the original sale deed from Bank. Bank is not responding and told call to customer care executive. Customer Care executive giving me time and time but till now I have not received my foreclosure. I also mailed to their concern ID. But there is no result. No one is responding my request. For this reason I am suffering 2000/- penalty in a month and my time waste.
