DDA — Payment refund | |||
Sir, i am vandana, i want to file a complaint regarding the payment and booking issue of dda flat. On dated.12-aug-2020, i have registered for a flat in dda in ews quota (Narela). For this i have paid rs.10, 000 for the registration. After this process of payment i didn't get any receipt from dda but unfortunately, my money was deducted from my account, but still the flat is not booked. When i contacted to the bank they said that the money is deducted and the payment is done to dda through online payment. The details i have attached... After this procedure, i have contacted to dda, but no-one is going to pick up the call, sometimes the number is not working and sometimes they don't pick up the phone. I have tried many times but somehow no answer was given. I had also visited to dda office (Vikas sadan), they told me that "this is a online process, we can't do anything here, so try this online". They gave me some contact numbers, but when i called them, no-one is picking up the call. I am also giving you those numbers which i have tried...! 1) [protected] 2) [protected] 3) [protected] 4) [protected] [protected] Sir, it is a humble request to you, that please identify and look after this issue, because i am a ews (Economically weaker section) class woman and i works as a maid in a officer's house. I had tried to book the flat because i thought that i will buy my own house, and recently i m living in a servant quarter. But unfortunately, i am stuck in this worst situation. I have earned this money from my hard work. This amount really mean to me. So please, it is a humble request to you, to kindly look after this issue.
