This is Ganesh, I've paid RS 2000 for one time package on 18-june 2022,
the agent didn't explain about the whole procedure now the agent say they didn't have one time package and the amount is non refundable such all the things.
On that day they told me process the refund money before 6.30 pm but they didn't process, I called the agent they didn't give proper response to me
Today I visit the off and ask him for refund they didn't give me proper response kindly cancel it immediately and process the refund.
One more thing, I told to refund my money after that only they ask me to sign the some application and gave me the receipt
