Worst club i have come across. No service given to customer. All advertisements are misleading. Complete waste of money and undoubtedly a FRAUD COMPANY

I am Karthik and I am one of your so called De Heavens kourt club member. This club can reach it’s top if it really works the way you promise your menbers. Let me begin with where it all started. I started getting calls from your team quiet a couple of months back and I started getting frequent calls from them to be a part of your member. I tried avoiding your folks quiet a lot of time, but then at a point of time I gave them an appointment and they were prompt.
The agent who came to visit was also named after me (Karthik Ph: [protected]) and he had a smooth conversation with us on 21st Apr’16. I we accepted his words and joint as your member. It all started to get worst after that instance.
I am not sure if this mail would be properly responded, because I am composing this mail after multiple disappointment. I tried to boot your resort in Pondicherry on 24th Apr (but booking was not an easy task, none of my calls to agent, manager, customer care was responded. All they used to tell is that they would call me in 30 mins but no one called. I have to call them repeatedly), but they mentioned that there is no availability and that they would arrange a beach side resort (Hut house) in Aerovil which would cost RS. 3000 per day and that they would provide it to me with a offer of 50% as I am your club member.
I reached the location and it all was a disappointment. It was a small room with a AC in it I asked them about the room rent and they said it is 1500 per day. I mentioned them that I am going to spend only 12 hours and they were ready to provide the room for RS. 1000. Where in your people said that they would provide it for 1500 which is in a 50% offer.
I can no more trust the below employees of your club:

What happened is that I stayed there and when I gave them my card to swipe, they never had a card machine in that so called beach resort which is RS. 3000 per day. I came back without paying them even a penny, mentioning that I would talk to my club house member.
The next day each and every one in your club house started calling me (Including Manager Parthiban:[protected]). I mentioned them the reason and all they said is that they would get back within 30 mins after enquiring what happened. It’s been 10 days and no one called me since now. But I used to call them on daily basis but my calls were not answered.
The true reality is that I didn’t even receive the email copy for joining your club as a member which your agent promised that I would receive on 21st April.
I truly have a doubt if this Heavens club really do exist.

After so much of calls and mails there was no response, but a magic happened because of this post. Thanks to the forum. All of a sudden Manager Parthiban called me yesterday and was so much concerned about the last post. He stated that proper action was taken for the wrong commitment and even paid the bill in Pondy. He mentioned that I can reach out to him personally and promised me that he will take care of my further commitments.
Hope it will get sorted out, but till now Heaven's club seems to be a mystery to me. All I have heard is apologies from a manager who never cared before.
Let me see if their promise is true and if they can really make it happen. Planning for a trip soon, will let you people know the status soon.

I received an SMS on 13th september 2016 stating that I have to pay annual subscription of Rs.750 before 20.09.2016. I have paid Rs.15000 as membership fee. So far I was not able to utilize any of your resort. When ever I called for booking the resort you people never picked up your phone, and I have not received any coupons for this year. Then why should I pay Rs.750.

Its really a fraud company.. Cheating for money! Please nobody believe the offers or brochures they give, its all fake. I paid money and i have given an complaint in Vadapalani police station. If anyone already got cheated then please register a police complaint in the same station.

Am sarath from chennai, I got a call from the resort employee name pavithra, she said about the offers 15, 000 membership and stay coupons, massage coupons, and she urge me to make booking on the day itself but I asked to make the payment on next week, thn they asked for token advance to ensure my booking, I said I will come to resort thn will pay, but they said non members are not allowed to the resort so they sent thr collection agent to my address and received 2000 cash and checqe so what can I do now. Pls suggest me any idea.

This is one of the worst club resort one can imagine. Everything they give is only a fake promise. At the time of joining they had promised to send home theater which has not reached for nearly a year. Also thrice my booking of resort got cancelled at the last moment. The staff managing the resort is very unprofessional and also has the audacity to tell that I can complain to anyone. All complaints made went to deaf ears. I strongly recommend not to join in any circumstance by their fraudulent offers of trip to Goa, free coupons and home theater. Do not make the same mistake which I did

Not sure how they still running thier business even though have a lot of CUSTOMER complaint...so for a normal people like us no one is there for HELP ah...this company can easily cheat anyone...what kind of society we are living in...###...this company is a fake company but located in main areas but no one is ready to take action
As i was invited for spa and massage services for RS 5000 For 3 timee spa Coupons And later they convinced me For annual package of 15000 Later they asked me to pay an amount of Rs 25000 and they said they will provide 10000 Cashback and 90 Spa coupons and services with EMI option And they asked me to pay in advance so i paid and they assured me ill get my amount refunded in 48 hours. i paid on Dec 15/2022 and later they said im not eligible for EMI and they said they are cancelling my application it will take long time so there is a cheque process it will take on 48 hours time and /again they asked me to pay 10000 on 14/1/2023 and today date is 17/1/2023
