De Heavens Kourt Club — Money Cheating by De Heavens kourt club

They requested me to join the club and they told me to pay 7K, once the payment is done, they again asked Rupees 15000.
They told they will send welcome letter and coupons, which is not happened, when I called they said admin is not coming and manager is not coming and owner is not in the town. I am not convinced with their message and hence I requested for refund but they said they will do it if i paid extra 50K. I came to know they are Fraud and Cheat and hence I have not paid further.
