I had ordered Real me 3 mobile, order id : 20500 on, [protected] Dealmyntra.in, payment done through UPI. But it has been 6 days now, product not yet received, they have not even provided any tracking details. There is also no response on customer care as well. They are selling products, but I doubt whether the products are delivered. Its a fake company & immediate action to be taken, so that innocent people are not victims to such frauds

I also had the same experience. I paid INR 16999 on 14th Apr 2019 through Google tez for redmi note 7 pro (128GB ROM, 6 GB RAM) . I did not get any confirmation mail or order Id or sms. their customer care number is not working.
I have placed an order of Rs.13999/- for Redmi Note 7 Pro through Phone Pay Txn Id:P1904140809455690565601. But no order id or booking details generated. I did not receive any email or SMS for the order after the transaction completion.

I had the similar issue, placed order for Redmi Note 7 pro by paying Rs13999 on April 10. No response from them.
Toll free number not getting connected. No response in chat or email.
I see most of the complaints from this site are related to only Redmi mobile and from only April.
Did anyone received the orders prior to this.
Anyone from Delhi could you please visit their address (14th Floor Eros Corporate Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110 019) and check if its the genuine one or a fake address as well.
This might help many of them.

i replied back to dealmyntra asking them to call me just to clarify why they need those details and can't they just reverse the amount.
Also mailed to yes bank nodal officer mail id - [email protected]
on what basis they approved dealmyntra KYC, as they are using fake address and using yes bank upi wallet for receiving payments. waiting for their reply.
I suggest more people do this as they approved without proper check.

I got a call from YES Bank today stating dealmyntra.in are using two yes bank upi wallets.

As per them, they will investigate these numbers as they are using fake address.
They also suggested to file police complaint to get back money.

I made an investigation about this dealmynthra it’s totally fake, they created this web on March 23d and fully they copied Myntra website font to look like a genuine company. They deleted the domine by this month. If anyone purchase through credit card plz block that card transaction cuz they are trying to hack bank accounts. Given complaint to cyber but don’t know how long it take to refund the money.

Today i received call from +91 9667198528 saying she is from consumer forum and said she will refund my amount immediately and there are about 2000 complaints against dealmyntra which they have taken up. She asked for my account details and Rs 2200 towards lawyer fee. From her communication i did not feel its a genuine one and thought she want to extract some money. I said i will get back to her and didnot provide any details.

She asked me to deposit 2200 Rs first to lawyer account as fees, then they will refund my 13999 Rs. She was so desperate to get money. She had the details of my transaction done with dealmyntra. When I asked her how she has details without I providing to her, she said they have details of all e-commerce transactions and there are about 2000 complaints on dealmyntra.
I suspect she is part of dealmyntra and they want to extract more money.
2200 Rs * 2000 people = 44 lakhs
When I asked her to send me mail from her company mail id, she said she can’t do that just to get Rs 2200. Even I asked her to send blank mail for which she was not ready.
She was very arrogant in the way she spoke.
People be careful and chose right method to get your refunds and do not lose more money.
I guess dealmytra.in are creating one more fake site dealz.in

There is no proper law and order, that's the reason people are getting cheated. I don't understand how YES bank has approved their KYC as they are using fake address with YES bank wallet. I raised this to YES bank, instead of investigating the fake address and blocking their wallets they wanted me to go through police complaint, and you know for sure how long the police takes to resolve this. By the time they elope with people money.
