I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.[protected] from Master and Visa Verification Department at SBI from Gurgaon on 02-june-2016. She (executive) told me that we are going to secure your card with 3G protection so we want to verify your details. After the whole process I got message on my mobile with OTP. Again she called me and asked me OTP. I was hesitating to provide OTP but somehow I given OTP. After that I got message on my mobile showed that transection of INR 3438.00 at dealsmantra_EPaykerela with your SBI card. Immediately I called on that mobile no. and she answered me that this is your international reward point(INR) transection. You have no need to worry about it and will be adjusted through reward points. But even I searched at google and I immediately realized something fraud happened and reacted quickly to reach SBI. I explained the whole scene to them and got my card blocked. The transection is yet to claimed by merchant. She cheated me and I am totally loss Rs 3438.00.
