Dealsmantra — Wrong usage of credit card

Sir I got a call from ms neha sharma said to be from sbi cards. Asked details of my card. Later on this converted into a flexible epay of 7762/- assuring travel voucher, shoes, belt, etc. This happend on 19.01.2016 and till date not received anything. I came to know from customer care of credit card that the same is fake. Please help me cancel in My transaction and credit the proceeds please
