I, nitin shahade, residing at 106, mahavir enclave, plot no. 417, sector 27/a, nigdi pradhikaran, pune, has been cheated by dealsmarket.in.
I had booked a mobile model no. Redmi note 4 (Black, 64gb) (4gb ram) on 14th june 2017 through dealsmarket.in.
The payment of rs. 11049.15 was done through debit card of axis bank (A/c. No. [protected]) to their paytm account, which is reflected as payment made to ecom pur/nationwide te/haridwar/140617/12-15 against an invoce no. #in000102 on the same day.
I received a mail form dealsmarket.in on 17th june 2017, updating the shipped details mentioning option to review the transit history.
To my amazement the invoice copy doesn't consist of contact details i. E telephone/mobile number. I tried to check the order history and noticed that the link is not operational anymore. It is giving an error no. 404 and also requesting to revert back on [protected]@dealsmarket.in. Also a message of inconvenience regretted keeps popping up Was this information helpful? |
