[Resolved] Dealsothon — Non receipt of product

I ordered a LAVA IRIS mobile displayed on company's site for which I made a transaction of Rs. 7600 months ago. Till date I have not received the ordered mobile. When submitted a complaint, the company simply says to buy something else instead of the ordered product. This is really irritating since the company is making me choiceless by suggesting me to buy any other product. I made a blunder by believing in the company and paid the money in advance and the company is not refunding the money. As a last resort I am opting for lawsuit since company is not bothered about refunding my money.
