I have ordered samsung power bank 25000mah with 128gb memory card, via order no. [protected] dt 26.06.2017 21:10. I have received the same on 02nd july 2017. After opening the pack the power bank is not working at all. I wish to return the product and get back my money i.E. Rs 998.00. I have tried several times to reach them but not able to.
