I had made an online application for beam wifi router and after submitting i was informed on the portal that a respective technician will contact me. I got a call from the technician from the following landline number +[protected] and he told me that it will require 48 hours and he will definitely fix it on Saturday and he will give me a call. Neither he turned up nor gave me a call. Today when I called Beam office on[protected] they informed me that no information regarding the router is there and the ticket 13882846 has been registered and it will take 48 hours for router technician to come to my house. They have wasted so much of my time and have given a very bad service future customers beware of this playing tactics of beam telecom they have no importance fort their customer.
