Deccan Chronicle — Highly irregular delivery of newspaper | |||
I have subscribed for DC for 1 year starting for last October. From the beginning the paper supply was irregular. I spoke to Chennai office who gave their executive Mr venkatesan Number after which it improved but only for a short period.When things did not improve at all I requested Mr Venkatesan to change the agent. Though he initially promised to do that from 1st january, later he backed out. Of late it has gone from bad to worse. For example in June it has not come for 8 days. In July to day it has not come. What is worse Mr venkatesan stopped responding. When I contacted the Chennai office higher up Mr venkatesan came on the line and spoke rudely saying he has 1000 customers and can not be responding to my call or message. This is customer disservice personified. If access is blocked by the person at fault where do we go? Was this information helpful? | |||

What is the status now? I have paid the said amount for 1 year subscription. But no paper yet delivered.
