Sir, Non receipt of subscription/ non-delivery of newspaper I am keerthi kumar c, residing in 5th phase, kphb colony, hyderabad 50072. I have paid for annual subscription through a walk-in agent at my residence. I have subscribed annual subscription for deccan chronicle news paper vide receipt #11507 dated 27/03/2018. It’s been more than 3 months (From october 2018) i have not receiving newspaper daily. I checked with the local newspaper supplier, he answered that he is not receiving the commissions, and so he is not supplying the dc news paper. I called many time the area sales in-charge mr. Praveen on [protected] and [protected], he never replies back to me. I also called vinod area sales coordinator vinod on [protected], in vain. Always says the he will look in to this matter and see the supply is regular, in vain. I multiple time called directly to the deccan chronicle holdings ltd on[protected], 27807823, a lady receives my complaint and answers that it will be resolved, but never happened. Multiple calls... And many promise from their side... But seems this is way they work. I am suffering this since three months. I really repent on subscribing for your news paper. This is a serious issue with regard to service provided by such an esteemed company. Almost 3 months have gone, no redressal, no feedback.
