Deccan Chronicle — Irregular supply

Address:Plot No 60, Vimanapuri colony , near Govt School , Quthbullapur

Renewed DC paper yearly subscription (wide bill no 26853, Mathew Philip) on 18.07.2021 stating will be suppling from 21.07.2021, but after long communication with agent started the supply form 03.08.2021 (Bill was from 21.07.2021, Not yet changed). From yesterday onwards supply is not there. Kindly check into it and ask the agent to supply on regular basis . Also there is no replay for the mail which was send on 02.08.2021 till date.

Would like to know the action taken for the complaint given, No one has called till now. If the same issue will happened again what will the action from your side.

As per the mail given there is no response or action taken against the complaint given and the Deccan Chronicle holdings are accepting there mistake and keeping quite. As a leading News Paper company, this not the right way to handle the customer complaints and hope the complaint will not repeat it again, if so will move legally.
