My father has cataract in both the eyes and the doctor has asked him for an operation at the earliest. We went to Deen Dayal Hospital (Hari Nagar) for the operation. First, he gave us a list of the medicine and items used in the operation. Then the day the operation was scheduled, he asked us to put drops on father eyes and we did. the doctor refuses for the operation on that day with statement that the machine is not working and we will call you when the machine is fixed.
After two weeks we get a call for the operations that were scheduled for today, the doctor set everything up and the operation uniform also put on my father and took him to the operation theatre. Again medicine was put in his eyes, after all that he again refused saying that the machine is not working,
