I am owner of House No 403, Sector 5, Kurukshetra
I would like to lay down your attention towards the street dogs ahead of my house.
They are so much in numbers that it is a dream for the persons to leave their child in street. All the time they are in mood to attack children. Also they throws their latrine etc in front of main gate.
