Deepak — Transaction issue

I was adding money to my paytm wallet i tried it 3 times first i added 400 then 1000 and then afain 1000 first two times the transaction failed but the money got debited from my bank account
This paytm is really messed
Its my first time using paytm and i am not at all happy

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
