I am Mr. Ashok Jangir, Business Development professional with tons of positive energy to boost a company by bringing more than thousands of project within a short period of time. Here, I would like to share my experience working with Deion Technology Private Limited to make people aware with the fact that don’t even think to join this company even in worst time of their carrier.
I joined the Company on 12th May 2014 for the post of "Business Development Manager" with n numbers of fake facilities, that you will get incentives and salary on time, meal facility, tea facility, salary on 10th of every month. The moment I joined this company with an positive mind to work with them on a long run, however things went unexpectedly in other direction.
Deion Technology Private Limited, CEO Baburao Vhankol being Illiterate, no understanding, No professionalism, no commonsense also started with the team meeting and told to bring business from day one. He instructed me to bring at least three projects per week otherwise we shall not credit your salary. Your salary will be credited only when you achieve your target. Mr. Baburao was backed by Mr. Somsekhar, Rajendra the most Accountant professional across the globe, instructed me about the company policy and then daily routine comes into picture. Everyday while reaching to office, there was meeting with the Chairman, Mr. Baburao to let him know about today's strategies in terms of invoice, payment only. During the working hours Mr. Baburao was coming to ask is there any invoice to be raised, any payment like that only. Then in the last hour, again there was meeting with the Chairman to let him know about how many discussions you had with the client, how many voice calls, how many not interested and then started asking how will you achieve your target, which itself shows a unprofessional attitude of management and no respect for their employees. This was a daily routine work at this shame company.
Apart from this, I was listening from the client about the bad feedback because of no proper/quality project delivery since all the developers and designers are unskilled/semi skilled so all the clients was abusing me about the project. Since, I join the company then the HR Ms Piyusha did not disclose any policy at the time of joining but once I joined then they force us to sign the agreement as the company will not give you any experience/relieving letter if you relieve this company within 3 months from the date of joining, they will pay you only Basic salary if you want to relieve the company within 6 months from the date of joining, the full and final settlement will be done after 3 months from date of relieving but so far from the feedback from the employee, it has not been given to any employee yet.
I thought I have been doing my job with a satisfactory response from management and justifying my salary, but at the end of May 2014, everyone in company realizes that management had started firing employees from every department. This was happening since company has NO FUNDS to pay employees salary. Even, they told me that I will not give you your salary untill you reach your target. There is no infrastructure, it's all looking like a warehouse in the Slum area.
All of sudden on 12th June 2014, I resigned the company as I was told that there is NO FUND with the company to pay your salary as you didn't reach your target. Also the company markets itself as a CMMI level 3, ISO certified, Limited company but it's all fake. The company is totally freezed and will soon out of virtual presence also. I personally recommend all the professionals and clients also, please don't join hands with this company even in the worst scenario of your life as this company is hell run by people.
Being an ex-employee and that too who is left the company surprisingly, I cannot bear anymore with this commitment, since they have been lying since joining…

This decision turned out to be a disaster. They failed to deliver a quality product. CEO Mr. Baburao Vhnakol did not respond satisfactorily to our complaints. While dealing with overseas Asian companies better to stick with those that have better scalability and wider presence.
