Hi,

I would like to share my experience working with Deion Technology Pvt. Ltd. ( http://www.deiontech.com/ ) Pune to make people aware with the fact that don’t even think to join this company even in worst time of your carrier.

This company hired me with n numbers of fake commitments, that we will set up a team etc… the moment I joined this company with an positive mind to work with them on a long run, however things went unexpectedly in other direction.

Deion Technology Pvt. Ltd. Pune had terminated me with no prior notice or warning and without any proper communication which itself shows a unprofessional attitude of the CEO, Baburao Vhankol, an illiterate and management who is involved in a [censored]ing relationship with her project manager.

I thought I have been doing my job with a satisfactory response from management and all the employees including Developers, Designers, Testers, but at the end of September 2013, everyone in company realizes that management had started firing employees from every department. This was happening since company has NO FUNDS to pay employees salary.

It was hell surprising that how can fire someone with no prior advance communication/warning. Moreover I was not even sure what was the reason behind this. I asked the CEO - Baburao Vhankol, Mob No[protected] Email id: baburao.[protected]@deiontech.com – on what account they are asking me to resign, I simply got a response that the Company has no funds to pay anybody salary. As per company’s offer letter, they are liable to pay me one month notice period salary, which they promised will be released by next salary cycle (which was suppose to be 8th of next month).

This has not happened with me only, please see below the list of all the sufferers like me:

I have clearly communicated them about the financial breakdown and problems I have been facing at the company. I had recurring payment which needs to be done on scheduled time, I request them n number of times on Phone and E-mails. But still they never bother to get this thing sorted.

I haven’t received my pending payout of one month from Deion Technology for the month of September till date. I have kept continuous communication with the [censored]ing CEO - Baburao Vhankol and told him to release my Full and Final settlement, along with the money which Baburao had borrowed from me but every time I have been listening that company is not able to pay salary of existing employees at this moment and kindly bear with us, we will be releasing it shortly. 6 times I have received a e-mail from HR Piyusha Pol saying the same thing to keep patience and bear with them, as they have been suffering Budget constraints.

Being an ex-employee and that too who founded the Company Deion Technology Pvt. Ltd. is terminated from company surprisingly, I cannot bear anymore people should suffer the same after joining the company. So, It's my request to all, please never join this company even in the worst situation of your carrier.

Let me introduce the company owner, Baburao Vhankol is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has no sense of humor, no professionalism, a , a [censored] off guy, a cheater, who is now in a sexual relationship with her Project Manager currently working at the company. Rajendra Agre was a part of the Director here but has left the company seeing the [censored]ing behaviour of Baburao and newly joined Director Mr. Somsekher who is having experience into Agri business.

If you are planning to join this company in coming days, feel free to avoid this company even do not waste your time giving interview here, forget to join this company, otherwise you will have to repentence, not me.

I am Ajay Tuptewar, Ex- BDM at Deion Technology Pvt. Ltd. The above information compliant is absolutely true. Baburao Vhankol and his company is totally freezed, faked and cheater company who never give salary on time. I joined the company as a Business Development Manager and worked hard but at the end of the month Baburao called for a meeting and told that the Company has NO FUND to give your salary. All the time, the company keeps on cheating me and a day terminated me with no prior information.

This company is a fake company and have earned the ISO certification by paying money. The company does not follow even a single policy of the ISO. Baburao is a , , and nonsense guy who is unprofessional and illiterate. Baburao is a most ideotic person whose profession is cheating only.

Please never join this company even at the worst stage of your career.

Baburao vhankol is a cheater. Chartered accountant by profession, his job is to cheat only. I worked under him in Deion for some time. No salary and made only fake commitments. Do not work with him. All he shall do is cheat you.

Baburao vhankol is a number 1 white collared cheater. He has cheated many people in pune including several landlords in areas like bavdhan, kothrud, pimple saudagar, pimpri & pimple gurav. Baburao vhankol founder had started this company with a bad intention of fooling people especially girls. Mr. Manohar prasad had also misbehaved with one of our lady bdm. When she complained to mr. Baburao vhankol then they started harassing all girls. Later after few months mr. Manohar prasad got into relationship with nilima garud one of our web developer in return of job security for her. The two only hired young girls, talented candidates with age above 30 years were not entertained. Mr. Baburao vhankol so called ca had no knowledge of it industry. It was mr. This information is incorrect. We always provide the best quality services. Saba Trainer is a big cheater, gold digger, scammer, and fraudster. She always tries to be in a relationship with the Management either Director or CEO or MD so that she can extort money and start blackmailing. Please be aware of this lady who is shame in the name of humanity. If somebody gets behaved, hs/she should write a complaint? If somebody gets into a relationship she should write a complaint, is not she? The problem was that Saba Trainer wanted to get into the relationship but she didn't successful and that's the only reason she has been blaming others.

She will make you a friend and then start her conspiracy. She has done M. Sc. in 2012 from Abeda Inamdar, University of Pune. She worked at Redbytes Techno Alliance from Sep 2012 – Jan 2013 as a trainee and there also she started playing her game and then she was thrown out. Before that, she worked for Signitech IT Solutions from Dec 2011 – May 2012 as a Trainee and she was not hired there also. The only reason she has not been sustained anywhere is her bad character. If I had a bad intention of hiring people then why you didn't resign from the job? Why we had to TERMINATE you because of your bad character? Baburao vhankol is shameless cheater. I was his supplier. He took my services but did not paid me the required amount. Later he handed over 3 cheques towards the payment. I thought he has paid and was sincear in paying.
To my big frustration his cheques bounced from the bank for no amount in his account. He established his credibility as cheater since then. Rest I have now given up as I don’t know his abouts now. He changed his office and he stopped taking my calls.
