Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Amount deducted from my account but status showing pending n failed

I applied for MIG DDA Scheme 2021 and my application number is [protected]. But I am facing some issues.Firstly, my Payement status is showing failed although the amount of RS 200000 has been debited from my Account and secondly the applicant name has been wrongly entered as Tilak Road(which is a part of my address).So, please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful for the same.
