Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Dda token amount not refunded

Sir I have applied for dda housing scheme 2014 my application no is 4528257 but now I have surrender my dda allotment and for this I have submitted all the required documents at dda office at counter no 4 and I have received acknowledge receipt from dda office my acknowledgement no is REC/H/15/20720 dated 24/04/2015 but till now my my token amount is refunded to me. Sir I am working in national bank in Telangana state and I don't have much time to visit dda office now I am looking forward to you for some positive response.
