I applied for conversion of my flat to free hold in the month of october 2020.But the needful has not been despite many requests...

I have made all the payments on 12/11/2020 and 03/12/2020. Mails were sent to mrs Neeru Bhasin, Dy Director couple of days back.
Please arrange to get the free Hold work done at the earliest as i have to go abroad next month..
