Hello Sir/Mam,

Sh. Rajeshwar Parsad Sinha was allotted DDA flat 319, pocket 4, SECTOR-A-10, Narela, New Delhi by letter dated whereas flat was handed over along with water connection on[protected]. The water bill ( bill no: 72990) was calculated from the date of allotment instead of[protected]. Further, I am enclosing receipt dated September 2022 which conclusively proves that the water bill was cleared till[protected]. The current bill dated 10-aug-2023 for 18, 429 includes partial outstanding till[protected]. In view of the aforesaid, the entire bill may reworked from date of providing water connection i.e.[protected] and not from the date of allotment June-1997 and any outstanding bill till[protected] should not be considered.

As DDA has not been furnishing any reply it's clear that they have nothing to say in the matter

Unfortunately there has been no headway in redressal of the issue.
This amounts to gross negligence. Kindly expedite resolution.
Is it a bogus site that complaints are not being even acknowledged and therefore the question of redressal does not arise.Pl look into the matter and address the issue.
As the complaint is bonafide no response has been made by DDA. Therefore. immediate refund has to be provided.
Even after 4 months of lodging a complain there has been no redressal of the grievance. It is clear that DDA has recovered higher amount on account of inflated bill. The matter need be immediately looked into and refund of excess amount need be immediately done. Regards. P K Sinha, [protected]
More than four months have passed and even acknowledgement of the complaint has been missing.What is the purpose of this forum when no steps could be taken for resolving the issue. The concerned Department to look into the matter and immediately address the issue.
