Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Illegal Occupancy plot No D31 and D33 Timarpur Truck Parking Delhi and Over Limit Buses Parking

I have informed you earlier so many times that there is *unauthorised illegal occupancy on DDA plot number D-31 and D-33 timarpur track parking* has been taken place by some mechanics and anti social people. Already informed several times to timarpur truck parking authority but somehow there with the help of some officials and team of truck parking contractor, these unauthorised illegal occupancy has been taken place. They took bribe from them (bus drivers, mechanics and anti social people) and support them. These mechanics, bus drivers and anti social people captured the whole road and parked their buses in front of the original plot holders gates. They captured the whole road even tress pass is not possible and when someone ask to clear the road or remove their buses in front of their Gates, these people start fighting and told us that nobody will dare to touch them because they bribed all the officials of truck parking and team of parking contractor. They creates noise pollution and air pollution and creat nuisance in the night after drinking the alcohol. *The team of parking contractor took bribed and Parked more buses then the actual numbers of buses set limit by government.* The DDA/MCD take some serious action against them and vaccate the DDA/MCD land immediately.
*If government know that they are doing illegal occupying on their multi-crore valued plot why government not stop them.* Nobody wants to fight them, situation is getting worst day by day. *Request to authority to look into the matter and shut down these illegal occupancy on multi crore values plots and illegal parking with heavy penalties at the earliest to avoid any unwanted situation in future.*
