Dear concern authority,

I am residing in dda mig flats at rampura first floor. The second floor are owner (House no: 14-c mig flats rampura) does not care about the maintenance of the kitchen, bathroom & toilet underground sewage pipes are choked / broken. It’s a daily problem that the water come drop drop from the roof of my flats bathroom, seepage has come in the walls of my hall, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and dirty smell whole day. This problem i am facing from last 5 years i have noticed the same to old owner of the flat & his 2 sons and shown also but he & son’s always denies by saying that is not their problem and many times i have raised the issue with the rwa also but they also not provided me the solution. From last 5 years i have repaired my house 3-4 timed incurring huge repair cost but seepage comes again & again because the actual issue is with the broken pile of the neighbors flats. I talked & requested the owner (Old father) the men always denied and abuses also that he is not having any issue with is pipes. He i not agreeing to do the maintenance with the is coming all the time, due to this dirty water which is either coming from their bathroom and kitchen, every year our family suffers with diseases (Like dengue, typhoid).in my kitchen roof because heavy seepage the roof is breaking and big pieces of cement are about to fall down i have 3 years child and my senior citizen mother living with me at home it can fall on anytime on any of my family member and it is too dangerous for all o[censored]s it can cause a big accident also. But owner of flat no. 14-c is doing nothing to stop the water dropping down at ground floor in spite of several requests. For this you will have to visit the flat and see to it than only you can understand? Hope you will look into the matter. I having the last hope.
