Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Not able to register my ID

Sir, my consumer id of water bill is ddadwk0023035 and i am resident of dwarka sector 19b, i am not able to register my id in your website, whenever i enter my id to your website it shows invalid consumer id. And in paytm it is showing that we are unable to fetch details of your bill. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue.
