Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Payment made and money deducted but payment status is still pending.

I applied for DDA housing scheme 2021 and submitted the form by making a payment of Rs. 102029 by internet banking of Punjab National Bank. Payment was successful and money was deducted from the bank but the payment status in the form still shows pending. Neither the money has been returned nor the payment status has changed.
