In mahadev apartments dwarka sector 23 most of the people are using the parking area and playing area as their personal spaces and have covered that space by tiles and gates. That space is made for children and for parking but people have started using that space for their personal use. This is very wrong and is illegal some inspection check should be done by DDA.
