Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — refund for dda scheme 2014

I have applied for dda housing scheme 2014.I was not lucky to get flat in the scheme.But for till date i have not received the refund.Please take necessary action for refund.details are as follow- Payment Id : 11183716 Application Form Number : 3088954 Name Of Applicant : REKHA JAIN Form Fee : 150.0 Registration Fee (General) : 100000.
