This is a complaint about multiple non-delivered packages in need of resolution. They are currently at the delhi international mail centre (Dimc). I'm waiting for a parcel that was shipped out 6 months ago and fear that the replacement parcel is also going to be neglected at the dimc. The dimc has failed to update the shipment status or to release the packages for delivery for unknown reasons. The packages are needed immediately. Was this information helpful? |
