I have ordered a cosmetic product through strawberry net, an online shopping portal for perfumes and cosmetics. The item was shipped to india via newzealand post tracking number (Rv[protected]nz) and has reached the dimc on 29/062019. The current status shws as (Transfer from office of exchange (Inb) since the date of arrival. My address is located in bengaluru and they have to send it to bangalore sub fgn post office, for it to reach me. I dont understand the need or the reason for the undue delay. Kindly help me as gheir customer service line is always engaged.
