Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — accident at platform of sector 18/19 rohini on 27 july.

Sir, on 27 july 2018, at around 6.15 p. M., i was returning from new delhi metro station. When i alighted from metro coach, at metro station 18/19 rohini, (Second from beginning) and proceeding towards stairs, at the platform itself, drains cover were removed. I fell flat and injured myself badly with multiple injuries. No help was provided by metro staff. Fellow commuters helped me in leaving station. Doctor has plastered my right foot and i am bedridden.
